I grew up overweight. Everyone in my family was big, and I thought it was normal. Eating shrimp patties, fried chicken and red rice every weekend was OK and never did I think anything bad would happen, because everybody in my family ate like that. I used to feel guilty, especially when I started feeling sick after a while, but I never really gave it much thought. Now, I wish I did.
